I have been in the business of creating flavor since a little young one. From making sandwiches from what was in the house to make a secret sauce, I called it Lil boy to mask the taste of things I didn't like, but it was all we had. Or just simply making things better. I started as a dishwasher prep guy and worked my way up there. I've done everything from pizza to deli to wok to line cook to banquet cook to kitchen manager and pretty much everything in between. I developed a skill of integrating flavors from different cultures as I worked under and learned from some very skilled chefs in my journey to today. It has been a long journey from fast food restaurants, diners, prestigious hotels and country clubs to running the B-side as a chef. In the process, I've done some catering independently and personal chef opportunities. My family total of 7 children and my beautiful wife, Terah, has been my support and motivation. Today I have developed into a flavor wizard "lol" I would say. Favored Flavors is what I was meant to do. Bring joy to the world through the Lord’s favor in all the flavors produced. Making any moment a memory. Once I collaborated and teamed up with Eli, the foundations were laid, and the visions became a reality. I can’t wait to share our journey with you.
